As Ux consultant Designer

End to end journey for Onboarding, User Profile, and settings MCDC, Account, and Transactions  

My Responsibility

1. Conceptualized the UX for Onboarding, Account, and Card Management journeys within the bank's mobile banking application.

2. Responsible to Consult UX design flows, Design, and IA for interactive

3. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets

4. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing page

5. Creating design system library components.

6. Working in a multidisciplinary team of UX and UI experts, software engineers & analysts.

Key learnings

1. Effective Collaboration in Agile Environments: I learned how to seamlessly collaborate with developers by conducting thorough hand-off meetings, ensuring they clearly understand the design specifications. This continuous communication throughout the sprint was critical in maintaining alignment between design and development.

2. Understanding Localization Needs: Working on the banking project, I gained valuable experience in tailoring designs to meet regional and cultural preferences. Facilitating client workshops allowed me to gather deep insights into localization requirements, ensuring our designs aligned with both business goals and user expectations.

3. Iterative Design Process Mastery: I developed a solid understanding of the iterative design process. From low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, I ensured that each stage incorporated user feedback and business insights, resulting in a final product that met both user needs and strategic objectives.

4. Design System Development: Creating and maintaining a design system library taught me the importance of consistency in design. It streamlined the development process and ensured a cohesive user experience across the mobile banking application.

5. UI Testing and Optimization: Testing various UI elements such as CTAs, layouts, and page flows helped me understand the impact of small design changes on user engagement. This experience sharpened my ability to optimize designs based on user behavior and feedback.

Creating low fadility design

I started designing the low-fidelity wireframes by outlining the core features and user flows, ensuring the layout and navigation were intuitive. After completing the initial drafts,

I presented them to the business team for feedback and approval, incorporating their insights to align with business goals.

Once approved, these wireframes served as a benchmark, guiding the transition to high-fidelity designs. This iterative process ensured that the high-fidelity prototypes accurately reflected both user needs and business objectives, facilitating a seamless design evolution.

To enhance the design, I conducted extensive comparative research and analyzed user pain points on competitor apps.

This involved studying common issues users faced and identifying best practices in the industry. By integrating these findings, I ensured the design addressed prevalent user frustrations and incorporated successful elements from other apps.

This approach allowed for a user-centric design that prioritized ease of use and solved real user problems, resulting in a more intuitive and efficient user experience.
