1. Conceptualized the UX for Onboarding, Account, and Card Management journeys within the bank's mobile banking application.

I started designing the low-fidelity wireframes by outlining the core features and user flows, ensuring the layout and navigation were intuitive.

Research

To enhance the design, I conducted extensive comparative research and analyzed user pain points on competitor apps.

High Fidelity design

Once i obtained real user feedback, an HFD was developed and that received input was reflected in the HFD I produced.
