In our agile 2-week sprint, we start with a sprint planning meeting to define design tasks and priorities. I create and iterate on designs, sharing them with the team for feedback. Once finalized, I hand off detailed design specs to the developers. Throughout the sprint, I support the development and testing teams with daily standups and design QA. We conclude with a sprint review and retrospective to gather feedback and improve our process for the next sprint.
